How many frames can I install?

You can install so many frames as you want! But we advice you to only enable the option “show framy when opening windows” for one of your framy so that, when you start your computer, only one frame will appear.

1. Right-click on the frame, and select “select your picture” to open the windows of configuration.
2. Check the box “Show framy when opening windows” to enable the option, or uncheck the box to disable the option.
3. Don’t forget to click the button “save” to save your changes.

How do I set up the position of the frame on my desktop?

Each time you close your framy or save any changes in the windows of configuration, framy saves its new position on your desktop. So that, each time you open again your framy or restart your computer, framy will appear in the last position that was saved.

My frame disappears when I click on "show Desktop" icon from my Quick launch Taskbar.

In fact, your frame hasn’t disappeared, but one click on "Show Desktop" minimizes all the programs and active windows (including framy) on your desktop. Another click restores them just as you left them.

I get a message error "InstMsiW" when I try to install framy.

The version of Microsoft's Installer (MSI) agent on your PC is out of date, and Framy requires that you have the updated installer.

Once it is saved to your hard drive, double click the utility file to install it, and then restart the installation of framy.

How do I uninstall framy from all my applications?

1) From your computer's Start button, select "Settings", then select "Control Panel"
2) Double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon
3) Select "Framy (name of your framy)"
4) Click "Remove." Framy has now been uninstalled.
